How does the car export process work?
You tell us what vehicle you want, we source it from Japanese auctions, confirm the price, you make payment, we handle all export documentation and ship the car to your nearest port.
What documents do I receive with my car?
You receive the Export Certificate, original auction sheet, Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, and any documents required for customs clearance in your country.
How long does shipping take?
East Africa 25-35 days, South/West Africa 35-45 days, South Asia 18-25 days, Pacific Islands 20-35 days. Approximate transit times from vessel departure in Japan.
What does the Japanese auction grade mean?
Grades go from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent). Grade 4+ means very good to excellent condition. We typically recommend Grade 3.5 or higher for export.
Can I request a specific vehicle model or spec?
Absolutely. Tell us the make, model, year, color, mileage range, and grade you want, and our team will search across all major Japanese auctions and notify you when found.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept international bank wire transfers (T/T). Payment is typically in two parts: a deposit to secure the vehicle, then balance before shipping.
